Annex uses evidence during delivery rather than treating quality as a final inspection step. A brand name was selected through user testing, and website prototype testing informed and validated our approach. The Prime Minister's Veterans' Employment Program aims to raise awareness with employers, both private and public sector, of the value and unique experience of our veterans. Depending on the engagement, evidence can come from research, prototype validation, functional or accessibility testing, analytics and stakeholder feedback. The success measures should follow the real user and service goals; Annex does not publish one universal metric for every government & enterprise case studies project.
