A strong signal is when critical information needs to reach diverse audiences quickly and accurately. Using Drupal 8 and its multilingual capability, the team created a website that can automatically translate English content into over 64 languages using google translate, and also allow manual human translation to be published when they were made available. We've provided coaching in agile and scrum to local technology companies, helping them deliver projects confidently in complex environments. Annex's published work suggests diagnosing the underlying service, content, experience and technology constraints before locking into a solution. That is when multilingual & inclusive digital services becomes useful: when the organisation needs to understand the real problem, not merely commission another feature.
