Annex describes Experience Design as drawing on insights and evidence to shape how people use digital products and services. Its published approach includes identifying the right problems, designing solutions, testing them and iterating. A project could use user research, prototype testing, usability testing, accessibility checks or other relevant evidence to examine whether people can complete the journey more clearly. The measures should reflect the service's goals; Annex does not publish one standard measure for every UX project.
