The Annex team worked collaboratively with the AER to deliver an evidence-based solution that met the needs of Energy Innovators. It helps energy innovators orient themselves in the complex energy market, understand energy regulations and which energy sector stakeholders need to be contacted. It is relevant because it shows Annex applying user research & usability testing to a real delivery problem rather than describing the capability only in theory. The exact scope of a future engagement would still depend on that client's users, constraints and existing environment.
