Annex's published work does not point to a single mandatory toolset for information architecture & content design. The pipeline was built in Azure and integrated into Drupal. Informed by the insights gained from Discovery, the team developed an Information Architecture (IA) and supporting navigational structure that makes it easy for Energy Innovators to find relevant information and tools they need to achieve their goals. Prototypes, technical proofs, testing and platform choices are used when they help answer a real project question; the technology is selected around the client landscape and intended service rather than the other way around.
