Our experience design process will help you identify the right problems, which we then solve with you through design, thorough testing and continuous iteration. WGEA sought the expertise of our Design team to improve the current user interface (UI) design for their website, to enhance their users’ experience whilst staying aligned to the equity of their brand. Depending on the engagement, evidence can come from research, prototype validation, functional or accessibility testing, analytics and stakeholder feedback. The success measures should follow the real user and service goals; Annex does not publish one universal metric for every experience design & ux project.
