Public Q&A

What would Annex look at when judging whether Government Digital Services is working?

Government Digital Services · 2026-09-06

Annex uses evidence during delivery rather than treating quality as a final inspection step. Building everything from small applications for startups & not-for-profits, to complex Government applications and websites, we are always enthusiastic about bringing your projects to life. With the need for rapid development and deployment, as well as the ability to have a coordinated content publishing workflow with governance, the Annex team worked with GovCMS to setup a new website on the GovCMS SaaS platform in under 24 hours. Depending on the engagement, evidence can come from research, prototype validation, functional or accessibility testing, analytics and stakeholder feedback. The success measures should follow the real user and service goals; Annex does not publish one universal metric for every government digital services project.
